Shockers' Visit New Orleans Charter School

Shockers' to Bring Elite New Orleans Squad to One Nations Cup

In partnership with the City Of New Orleans, the Shockers will be forming and bringing an elite U15 team to Durban, South Africa in July 2008.  Open trials will be held in late April and practice will begin in May.

The One Nations Cup is a pre-World Cup youth soccer tournament.  Teams from all over the world will compete in this soccer/cultural experience.  For more info, visit Durban's website.

Our "goal" is to enhance the soccer experience for young players throughout Louisiana. The Shockers play at a higher level than any other team in the State, and our camps offer the chance for us to pass our knowledge on to the next generation of enthusiasts.  We work with children and youths of all ages and abilities with the aim of helping them develop their skills and enjoyment of the game. We use the latest techniques developed by coaching federations in the United States and around the world to get the best out of everyone - but we always make sure the kids have fun while learning about “the beautiful game.”
